So yeah, like I said earlier, I have 41 new books. They are mostly individual tales, as opposed to collections, but man, are there a lot of them.

***

I have read two Clue books in a row, and now I'm desperately in the mood to write a parody story set in Snowtown1. This has led to quite a bit of assaulting people on IM and going all "YOU! Candlestick, revolver, knife, wrench, lead pipe, or rope?" or "Would you kill Swing if it got you something awesome?" or (in Swing's case) "Is it okay if I kill you for this story? It probably won't be fatal!"

Additonally, I find it alarming just how many Snowtown stories I've written that I am never going to put anywhere where anyone can see them. I don't know how well they fit into canon --I'm pretty sure that the bulk of them are decidedly non-canon, but then there are others that only affect me and my characters (Kinda like every story centering on Hyde besides his first one). Umyeah.

The real reason for this post is because, apparently, April 11th is everybody's birthday ever. A very happy birthday to [livejournal.com profile] kirby1024 (who I need to send a thing to), [livejournal.com profile] emp42ress (who I haven't seen in a while due to not-Dieseling, which is sad), [livejournal.com profile] fishymander (Who I've not seen in ages) and the elljayless Dan (YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE SO OLD) and Koob (*hugs, swings him in a circle*)

yeahthat'sall.

1Snowtown is a fictional city that is ultimately a pretty shit place to live. The group of people I hang out with regularly on deviantArt and I regularly write stories set there -by this point, we each have an avatar and pretty much all of us have two or three (or more) regular other characters running around there, making it kindof a cross between an unmoderated roleplaying campaign and a collaborative novel. It's a lot of fun.

Todays person of the day is both Momo, who is wonderful, and it's reeeeeeeeeeeeeally nice to have someone to Talk to ocassionally, and Eric, for being smart enough to point out that V's new icon is spelled wrong.

I got to play blind tag. Only Fish is unable to play. *tear*

And I got to hang out with Veronica and Fish and Chris. yeeeeeeeeeeeeah. That was, *coff* "fun".

And now I'm working on the social studies project. Yay?

Carp, I need to buy poptarts. Eventually.

And we should get many many people together for blind tag on Monday. I DECREE IT!

So...notes...

I think I'm slightly mentally masochistic. What otehr possible excuse would I have for going and reading tHGttG out loud today in the media center at lunch. Not that I had anyone to read to. *wishes she did* Fahrenheit 451's pretty good for reading aloud too, I'll have to bring it with me when I go to Cali. Which will happen! Eventually.

Quote of the day: "Words hurt the most." Stephanie, in a mutual friends journal. Oh how very very true that is.

Other quote of the day: "Ack! Gay-bashing on my friends page! How could you, dot?" Llefser, refering to our mutual friend dottles post about EQII and how she wants to go kill fairies tonight (for a quest or something) Made me laugh.

Lesse...Other stuff...I know I had more...

OH! NEW OBSESSION!!!!

I am now quite thourgholy obsessed with maile.* This is because it's quite wonderfully AWESOME. Basically what started this was Bernie calling me last night and inviting me to an intro to maile seminar thingy at one of the librarys (having a librarian mom rocks) 'twas me, fish, Bernie, and Irva (Bernies mom) and it was way fun.

Notes:
*Omar's son was teaching it. He is WAY FREAKING COOL (but of course, how could he have a mom that awesome and not have at least a LITTLE of it rub off) He used to read Sluggy (hasn't since stormbreaker) and was wearing a most excellently beautiful reddish shirt. I loved it. He is also Bernies clone.
*Matt's DM was there, who is a beautiful, beautiful man. He reminded me very strongly of a darker haired Newmoon**.
*I am currently wearing a maile bracelet that I made and attached around my wrist. So, it won't come off with out the use of my pliers. Rock.

I think thats all for now.

*AKA chainmaile, apparently chainmaile is a redundency since maile means little circular links used to make something.

**From The Gamers. Go watch it, it rocks.

It's kind of an odd thing to think about non-sluggites winding up on sluggy.net. (By which I mean not people who aren't fans of the comic, but people who I knew in real life first) I've had a couple, Fish and mom both have accounts but neither of them are on much, but eventually there will be more.

A very specific more actually, being my dear siblings. I love Nik and Aly with all my heart, if they so much as THINK about getting a username and logging onto sluggy.net I will cheerfully wring their little necks. This actually applys to a lot of people, S.n is pretty much the one place where I can-if I need to-dump my entire heart out to a whole heaping lot of strangers, some of who may have advice for me. I'd rather prefer that I can continue to talk about ANYTHING (or anyone) since no one who actually knows me is going to be hanging around me.

I dunno. It's just...confusing to find people I know have been poking around. there.

Not to say that I don't want people to not read Sluggy, EVERYONE should read Sluggy. Just stay off S.n, it was the first place I ever found online that felt like a real home to me.

Weren't you planning on cleaning your room? And what about me? Can I go chill there?

No Gabe, no one who lives in my head and sees all my thoughts can go to my heartdump. Of course you can you loser. And I am cleaning my room. Woo-woo, just look at me clean.

It's all your fault I got distracted in the first place. Damm pseudoangels.

Glad to have been of service. So, are you going to fix up K_T anytime soon?

Eventually. Right, cleaning.
