You're subconscious is right. You're kinda right, bit not quite. :-)

It's not a proper vienna 1-2-3 waltz, but it can be done as a hesitation waltz, a blues foxtrot waltz, or a cross-step waltz... I will show you next time you're home.

(And I played it, and it can certainly be waltzed *to*. It's just trickier.)

Also, oo, cross-step. If that's what I think it is, it was taught to me a couple weeks ago, randomlike. I think I've forgotten it since then though. :-/
