Jun. 14th, 2012 01:54 amQuick update!
Dogboy and Justine: AWESOME, and you should all go see it.
The Waystation: I taught the bartender how to make a grasshopper (kinda, they didn't really have any cream on hand), and the bathroom looks like a TARDIS, and there are steampunk-modded nerf guns on the walls. Yes please!
Mell: Still awesome.
Sorcy: A little drunk, and very giddy about it.
AlsoSorcy: Not carded, despite having a stuffed animal tied to her belt and looking like, well, me. I am pleased --not that I wouldn't have been happy to show ID, but it is nice to get an occasional dose of being a real adult.
Lemonsnout: Recognized by the woman what wrote book for Dogboy and Justine, and then snuggled briefly by the director. Later mistooken for a pokemon and generally complimented/used to break the ice with friendly bar patrons.
Bartender: had an electric flyswatter which he was using on his hands for some reason. I managed to refrain from making snarky comments about kink and how nicely the night circled.
Dogboy and Justine: Still totally awesome, you should all still go see it, and featured (among other things) a song that I went up to the book-writer afterwards and said "So it really reminded me of..." "Somewhere That's Green?" "Yes, I'm so glad that was intentional!" "I'm so glad you noticed!"
(Longer review coming, will probably write tomorrow on bus)
Sorcy: Should go to bed. Goodnight!
