You are allowed to want anything you want. You deserve to want anything (and everything) you want.
You don't necessarily deserve to get the things you want, but you deserve to want them. Never let anyone --especially not yourself (and ESPECIALLY not your NegVox, you tell them Sor said to piss off, 'k Har?)-- tell you otherwise.
As a second reminder, it is very hard to figure out what you want sometimes, and very hard to express/admit those wants, but both are skills you can get better at with practise. I recommend it. For example: I want a bowl of cereal. Having admitted that, I can now see about fulfilling the want. Go me!

on 2012-03-31 12:40 pm (UTC)The other day, I wanted to tell you that the newest thing that the NegVox had come up with was this: Since you had only given me affirmations in private (IM) and not publicly (journals & whatnot) that meant you din't really mean 'em. HAH, take THAT, NegVox :D

P.S. But there does still seem to be a bit of NegVox activity in there because of my all-or-nothing thinking: If i don't necessarily deserve to get the things i want, then i don't deserve to get any of them... gotta figure out how to get past that one...
