I cue the lights, I build the sets, and I can run the sound board too
My second homes the catwalks, my first is my sweet techies booth
I lurk backstage where actors hide and make sure we don't miss a cue
I quoff caffinne in gallons, all my wardrobe is the colour black
I do not like the actors, always willing to give them a smack
I'm more advanced then everyone, there's only one superior...
And that would be the one reveared, the techinical director

I'm very good with gel colors, I've got the numbers memorized
And when the TD is pissed off, I know the places one can hide

I can build most any set from cityscapes to hills and trees

I build the props and guard the show, we techies keep it working
I sew the costumes be they meant for paupers or a queen or king
Then I can down the caffine drinks, from jolts to bawls to a red bull
And recite every passage from that worshipped techies gospel

When what I'm going to break next is not the subject of actors bets
In short, when I have managed to move around more silently
