The good news and the bad news

sorcyressThe good news: The movie version of a series of unfortunent events doesn't look like it's going to suck that much! I even want to go see it!!
The bad news: DUDE! They're trying to make a movie out of another of my favorite books!! It's going to SUCK!!
The good news: The tagline for the movie is GREAT! Dec. 17: This year, holiday cheer takes a break.
The bad news: Mr. Poe looks like crap, as does Sunny, and possibly Klaus.
The good news: Violet not only looks good, she's hot! But most importantly, they haven't screwed up one of my favorite literary charecters of all time!!
The bad news: (for everyone else) I have claimed Violet. None of you may now declare yourself her, as she's mine/me. This is exactly the same way Yury and Billy are Captain Jack Sparrow, Riddick, Achillies, Puss in Boots, etc. Me? I'm just Violet and Vendetta now.

on 2004-08-18 03:54 pm (UTC)so ya..uhh...i love those books(as you viewed in drama one)and i really hope they do a good job..i really hope jim doesnt make too much of a fool of himself.and OF COURSE we care about count olaf!hes the bad guy!hes the main reason the children are so miserable!but like i was saying..the books are always better..so its not going to be as good as the book.but i still hope it is good!
