LONG VERSION:
HEY PUNK ROCKERS! GUESS WHAT TIME IT IS!
It's late August! And that means we're rapidly approaching my birthday, which is an international Ice Cream Eating Holiday! Do you want to participate? Hell yeah you do! You should eat ice cream in my honor, basically any time you want, but especially on or around August 28th. Bonus points for taking a picture and sending it to me.
I believe in a chaotic description of ice cream, so whatever you want to consume that is a cold treat is okay! Gelato, sorbet, that weird Scandanavian licorice but frozen, popsicles, whatever!
If you are close to Somerville, you can join me on Sunday August 27th in Davis Square. I will be purchasing ice cream at approximately 8pm and 10pm, and probably hanging around from like...7-11, give or take. I will either be in the dead center of the square on top of the train tunnel, or hanging out in 7 hills park (depending on space, noise, etc). Please join me for however much of that time you would like!
I will plan on wearing my mask for much of the time I am not actively consuming ice cream, and encourage you to do so as well. Please don't attend if you are any kind of sick (I don't want your summer cold or your covid).
This is a very informal kind of party. We've basically covered the important parts: I will be there, you will be there, ice cream will be there. BAM! Looking forward to seeing y'all!
