So, to elaborate, I am a substitute teacher now. Technically I've been a substitute teacher for another school system since the start of the school year, but they haven't called me yet. This new system? I got my paperwork all completed last Wednesday, and they have called me every day for five days straight. Due to one thing or another, I have managed to work three of those days.

Yes, good.

I'm sure I will eventually have hilarious stories about students, probably under some sort of filter so that it's not floating all over the internet. This'll be an opt-out filter, rather than in, so do let me know if you have no interest in hearing me kvetch about minors and the stupid things they do.

Also, today I received my voter confirmation in the mail, so yeah, I am now totally ready to do the voting thing in a month. Or sooner, if it'll make the internet shut up for a while.

So yeah. I am clearly a REAL GROWNUP and so to make up for that, I'm going to lie on the couch and watch Leverage¹ and eat chips and jelly babies.

1: I've seen like a dozen episodes of Leverage, but never in anything remotely resembling order. Since Genni obtained them all, I figure I'll just wind my way through the episodes when I have time, because heists are awesome, okay?

Also, and this is new since I used to be all about Hardison/Parker, I now ship Hardison/Elliot. Not hardcore or anything (I am not all that great with being hardcore about my ships), but a nice little <3 with traces of <3<.
