Stollen for Foster

Since I don't seem to understand this sleeping concept, also, 'cause I'm short on posts, have a meme!
Five things you will find if you open my bag: (Or pockets. Same diff)
1) Girl Scouts Lifetime Membership card, in my wallet. Yes, I am that much a dork
2) A knife that has been in the ceiling of the hall between the consuite and ballroom of the Hunt Valley hotelthingy Balticon's held at.
3) A black, soft-cover, squared, 3'' by 5''ish, moleskiene. And a pen.
4) My devilbox, who is named Devilbox. And is pretty much only for texting.
5) Most recently, the end of a roll of receipt paper, swiped from when Bosslady replaced it at work.
Five things in my bedroom (in The Empty City):
1) White Bear!! My big white stuffed bear who I dearly love!
2) A staggering number of paper cranes --well over a thousand, probably close to two.
3) A tye-dyed sheet that I use as a curtain
4) My brother's eighteenth birthday present, tucked under my mattress where it's safely been for the last...three years or so.
5) A miniature christmas tree, hanging off the wall at a ninety degree angle.
Five things I’ve always wanted to do in my life: (Agreeing with Foster here, the only thing I've *always* wanted to do is suck on breasts. Actually, that's alarmingly true. I've liked girls for*ever*)
1) Be famous for my art. In first and second grade, the dreams revolved around visual art, though I was writing even then. I've wanted to be a novelist, or perhaps an essayist for...gods, more years than I can count now.
2) [This one's really weird, and has to do with sex. Ask offlist for details. I reserve the right to say no.] Also, run my own Rocky troupe.
3) Be a pirate. I was into pirates *way* before it was cool. Man, I miss the good ol' days of turning those armchairs on their sides and using 'em as sailing ships in the basement...
4) Own a dinosaur, a backhoe, and a firetruck. The madlust for a pony has only been going on for two or three years now.
5) Save everyone in some sort of freak accident, like where the entire school randomly floods and I manage to get everyone out, making them realize how awesome I am, and how wrong they were to mock me. *coff*
Five things that make me very happy:
1) The emoticon ":*". Also the verb "thrums"
2) The fact that Whimsy likes sleeping on my bed, and I will sometimes fall asleep with a kitty in my bed.
3) OH HI, THAT IN EIGHT DAYS, TWENTY TWO HOURS, AND THIRTY THREE MINUTES, THOROG IS COMING TO VISIT ME
4) That I'm making money, which I can spend on...illicit things. And/or trips to California.
5) My little sister
Five things I’m currently into:
1) Organizing the bookmarks I've got from the last almost-two years
2) Driving any and all cars I can get my hands on
3) Kissing attractive boys
4) Texting like a fiend with Brenton. Seriously, we're at something like two hundred messages in the past five days. It makes work a lot more fun.
5) Being very very busy.
Five things on my To-Do list:
1) Figure out if and how I'm going to DC on the fifteenth to chillax with Jesse
2) Clean my room. No, really!
3) Plan trip to California for August sometime
4) Four seasons of Buffy and five of Angel. And then, start finding comics...
5) Make a pirate playlist and sync Jackie before this weekend.
Five things some people may or may not know about you (wait, just some people? Not everybody? Schwing!)
1) Heart surgery at two and a half left me with an utterly bitchin' scar on my back. I am totally willing to show it off, even though it tends to involve some impressive clothing manipulation, and occasionally, the removal of my bra.
2) I came out as bisexual through my livejournal. (I probably came out as poly to most people the same way). In some ninth/tenth grade notebook, I have a handwritten potential entry for coming out of the closet -a big announcementy thing. As it was, all I actually did was slip it into one of these lists.
3) I have decided to be unashamed of my love of girlvoiced pop. Spice Girls, Miley Cyrus/Hannah Montana, AQUA! (NTS, get more Aqua)...they are all awesome. Also, that Taylor Swift song that I hate the lyrics of. Ohmygods, catchy.
4) I own more hats than I own pairs of shoes, but I'm not positive I own more hats than I own shoes. This concerns me, and should be properly researched when I have all my shoes in the same place again. Additionally, I own more pairs of suspenders than I own belts.
5) I want to say that this song, which I have no information for, is from a musical version of "The Little Prince". It's in French. I'm not sure why I'm so determined that that's true.
Five most important moments of the last year:
1. "Would you mind if I kissed you?" ((Or you. Or yo...no wait, I didn't actually ask for that one, I don't think.))
2. Taking my livejournal back, officially.
3. Getting my job at the thrift store
4. Sitting surrounded by people I didn't know very well, to watch some black guy give a speech late at night in November, and realizing that one of my fatherfigures1 was crying, out of the sheer joy and wonder and beauty of it all.
5. "I have a blog, by the way" "Yeah, I read it" "Nono, a personal one. You should totally read my personal blog" "Oh! Oh, yeah, okay."
Five things you enjoy doing during your free time:
1) Laser tag, marshmallow wars, and capture the flag
2) Snuggling (etc) with people and watching Middleman. Or Buffy
3) DANCING. DANCING DANCING DANCING HEY MORE DANCING.
4) The internet. Yes, I enjoy doing the internet. Please be immature here: [_____________]
5) Theatre, both technical and acting.
Five impressions of the person who tagged me
1) Pretty. Which is to say, long haired, tall, skinny as a rail, and a little bit femme in his features. *swoon*
2) Agrees with my assessment that gender and sexuality are *mad* fascinating, which is a really quite endearing trait.
3) Needs to dance more
4) Way more of a geek than I am
5) Middleman deprived. Good gods, how many times have I namechecked that show in this entry? Oh, just twice. Whatever.
Five people I tag:
1) Everyone I've kissed2 in the past year. Yes, this means that if you were at The Empty City at midnight on New Years, you're tagged.
2) People who want to do it
3) The hivemind
4) Alys. Nono, not my sister, the character from Phantasy Star IV
5)
gloomforge, mostly because Foster said that my uncle was tagged. And my uncle is cooler than yours, being as he wrote Eberron and Gloom and whatnot.

MOOP!
1: Yes, you. It's a compliment, I swear (says the girl with Daddy Issues). Creeped out, yet?
2: Passionate yet platonic snogging for your birthday also counts.

on 2009-06-10 04:46 am (UTC)2) You're making me miss my cat, Poppy, who died quite a few years ago. She would always come to sleep with me, despite having to climb up the side of my loft bed to do it.
2) Was your livejournal in other hands?
5) I miss theatre, by which I mean costuming. I should get back to doing that sometime.

on 2009-06-24 07:14 am (UTC)...Yes, I am very weird. And I only have two years to find the April '93 issue, aiee!
2) My livejournal has always been owned and operated by me. I just haven't always been the one determining what is or isn't allowed to be posted.
5) Man, I miss theatre too. We should start a theatre or something! (hint: I am kidding)
