Apr. 30th, 2008 12:15 pmMan, I don't think I realized just how much *stuff* I had until I filled a 30-gal rubbermaid container and my room really didn't look any emptier.
Seriously, see Sor. See Sor attempt to begin packing. See Sor's brain leak out her ear a little bit.
On the plus side, I think I can combine two of my milkcrates at this point, to have just one crate filled with all the media I plan on bringing home. (as opposed to the stacks of books I decided would be better off left up here, because I totally won't need them until next semester, totally, OH GOD I NEED TO READ THE HITCHHIKERS GUIDE IN GERMAN RIGHT NOW WHERE IS IT WHERE IS IT?!)
And that's why I hate packing. Because the moment I can no longer...
Sorry, Spiderman1 just came on iTunes and now I've got Coupling!Jeff dancing in my head, and that's about the best thing ever.
...access something, I'm sure I'll need it again.
Although, it's going to be fun when I start carting my stuff off to where I'm storing it. "Wow, this box is really light, what's in it?" "Playplace balls." "You have a cardboard box filled with nothing but--" "--yes. It is MY PRECIOUS." "...Right."
(Unrelatedly, whatthefuck is up with my utter fail at HTML right now? I tried to write the [sup] tags as [i], and I just tried to write the [i] tags as [s]. Clearly I just need to attempt tostrike something out so I can accidentally...holy shit, I *did* accidentally try to write it as [sup]. Hey, hey, Sor? Fail!)
Hokay. So, I think it might be time for me to start working on a box of things that I'm planning to take with me, for whatever reason. *cracks knuckles and gets back to work*

MOOP!
1: I am taking a leaf out of my older sisters book and making a "Canadian!" playlist. Because I can't be actually arsed to find out where the majority of my music comes from, it's pretty much just the copious amounts of Great Big Sea I have, and the one Moxy Fruvous album.
I think it makes a nice complement to the Dresden Dolls and Dropkick Murpheys soaked "Bawston!" playlist.
