Yep! Instead of 1tsp vanilla and 1tsp almond (as the recipe is written) we did 1tsp each of vanilla and orange.
Tuesday observed today that it's a little bit like a lemon poppyseed cake, and that's a good observation. Not one hundred percent the same, but similar density and citrusy.
We knew we weren't gonna get a perfect bake (my actual first thought was an aluminum cup, honestly) but we were shocked we got as good a bake as we did!
