sorcyressI am all packed for Pinewoods!
(except for my laptop, my clothes for tomorrow, my phone, and the car. But that can all get sorted out later. And then at some point during the week I will have to do some repacking for California. This is going to be a fun trip and next year I am absolutely not doing this much travel all stacked on top of itself, they lied.)
But tomorrow is just for last minute jobs, and hopefully having lunch with my mom and Tuesday and Tuesday's mom (which sounds delightful probably? I think our moms will probably get on well). And then it will be ESCAPE and I should probably figure out what I am teaching, oh dear. But maybe that's a Tuesday-morning-Kat problem. :P
(none of the ESC committee reads my journal, right? I'm safe from them knowing what an ill-prepared teacher I am?)
The most important thing I did during packing (probably) was repair my old glasses, which are actually my newest pair of glasses but I haven't worn them for like a year because one of the stems broke off and it's been irritating. But my older glasses are a worse prescription and don't fit me as well, and I have a sneaking suspicion that they might've been part of what's been causing the headache+nausea combo I keep experiencing. Fingers crossed?
...sometime soon I should try and actually get new glasses again.
I don't know what more I have to say. Many Grand Adventures will be had. I will probably go pants bankrupt immediately, so if yinz have any really really good adventures be sure to let me know about them. Oh gods, at some point in the next week I need to write a speech for the wedding I will be attending on the 8th. That will probably be fine.
I love y'all. Take care of yourselves and your friends and I will return for more fun updates on the 20th. (I will almost certainly update sooner than that, mek's house does in fact have internet and sometimes I even write things while visiting him).
