I still don't know if I actually enjoy sleep for its own sake, or if I enjoy how I feel after I do it, and the way my brain works so much better when I've had enough of it.

(also there might be a level of identifying with a thing I'm good at. I am Very Good at Sleep, so naturally I like it, because if I'm good at it then it must be worth doing. Right? That's how this works?)

also yes of course doing all of these at once, and sustaining that pace for an extended period, is the perfect way to ensure they continue to be a positive experience, no, why would it be different?

(I am happy to be an external voice reminding you that that's not how Adulting works, and it's definitely not how building healthy habits works, if you ever need someone other than your own brain telling you that. Also happy to shut up because it's clear that you're Well Aware of these things.)
