I would argue for calling it "performance dance" instead of "single dance." I dance morris (and other performance-oriented (sometimes reconstructed) traditional Anglo folk dance), and it's done in a set, but it's not a set dance as you've categorized it. I see the potential for this to get enormous and out of control. Good luck?
