So every decision you make makes you feel like shit eh... This sounds like my department. Only, I'm not sure what to say about it.
I suppose I'm just not sure WHY it makes you feel like shit. Perhaps because the choice you make excludes the other choice, and you want them both? Things that bother me about decisions are usually something along the lines of not feeling like I actually had an option (There was one "HAS TO" choice and one "WANT TO" choice), or because I'm afraid it's the wrong one.
If it's the first, well, There's always an option. The concequences of one are just much more detrimental then the other. This... usually doesn't help. Well, consider that there is more then one way to get what you want. Always. Also, I am a resource, if you are unable to find a way to get what you want without incuring the harsh concequences of taking it in the obvious way, come talk to me, I'll see what I can figure out.
As for the regret or fear of regret, I tend to think that you can't actually know how anything would have gone. (Just, how things would have LIKELY gone) In the end, there are oppertunities for fun and enjoyment down every path you take, the particular course doesn't actually matter. Choose powerfully. Choose arbitrarily. A bit of a personal motto of mine.
And, if it's mearly that you don't want to let the other option go, well, again, come to me, and I'll see about finding another way to get it.
