I just slept for fifteen hours and change.
This lay the smackdown on my previous longest I have ever slept, that being about fourteen hours just post the first trip I ever took to Mek's house, and involving both staying up too late, and jetlag.
On the plus side, instead of starting at midnight, like I did last time, this time around I started just before six in the evening. I remember initially crashing in the bed fully dressed, by the time I woke up, I had shed my jeans (but not my bra, _so uncomfortable_) and lost my glasses (eventually found across the room, sitting on my still-closed computer.
So yeah. I feel like a zombie, though as soon as I have actual hair again (Do *not* put chlorine in your hair and then ignore it. Bad plan. *seriously* bad plan. I am rocking semi-dreads right now and NOT HAPPY about this) and have put food into myself, I may appear more functional.
I suppose this is a sign of a good vacation or something.
Or maybe just a warning to myself that dramamine, while yes, will kinda maybe make me just a *little* more able to read in cars, though I still can't do it or anything (fucking seriously, how did Al grow out of this habit and I not? So unfair.) will also fuck me up something fierce and make me not able to be awake very well.
Have a good day, y'all! Slightly more lucid journaling (perhaps discussing the JUST EPIC dream I had, with the robots and all the books and I...think...the backstreet boys? Or n'sync or something? Working as a political entity to split votes among the republicans in order to make it easier for the democrats to win? All set, of course, in a post apocalyptic world that felt like a side scrolling platformer video game. Also, there was lava.) later.
Or just a post/meme about zombies. Ta!
