Just got back from Phantom of the Opera.

*hearts*

OH MY GOODNESS GRACIOUS!! What I would GIVE for that kind of stage!!! Beautiful set up, gold and polish and colour and wonder, and the CATWALKS! Awesome rickety wooden things that look like they're going to dump you off if you even THINK of stepping on them. *loves* And all that AWESOME backstageness...ah, It was a REALLY cool set.

Phantom of the Opera is the best song in there, just because it's majorly hot. Masquerade is my other favorite song, just because it's cool, and it had a way awesome movie sequence.

Corsets were tight and uncomfterble and limiting, but they definently served a purpose. Oh my g-d, these girls had boobies. Wow. Just...wow.

Christine has a very sexy pair of shoulders. I like shoulders, their elegent and pretty and she had a very good set. Yes, I am a dweeb ^^

Plenty of set eye candy, plenty of pretty female eye candy (Meg? is most excellently beautiful) but n boy eye candy for me. *is very sad* I dunno, neither the phantom or whatshisface really appealed to me.

I was completly loving the phantom until he killed the techie. Tsk, fucking, tsk.

But the chandelier was killer cool.

I'm dying to see this one on stage. It's very, very, nice.

I think thats all for now.

At which...The girls in corsets, or the set/stage/budget?

*ducks*

"We are all in the gutter, but some of us are looking at the stars." (Oscer Wilde)

Cause you know, Phantom has some pretty hot stars! :kiki:

it is an awesme play (even better than the movie), but the movie follows pretty well (except there were one or two unneeded scenes)

CAUTION: SEMISPOILER!!
in the play version, its even more impressive when they drop the chandelier because it looks like its going to fall on the audience!!

Have you seen the 1925 silent film version starring Lon Chaney? Very cool, particularly with the original organ accompianment.
