So, I mean, it's mean to mock the stupid. But sometimes...?

So, to start, my away message is "I have a sperm whale! (Now where'd I place that bowl of petunias...)"

The following conversation occurs:

Girl: whats a sperm whale
Cue me asking Kawa and Chris, who are standing next to me, and Magus, who I'm chatting with in the other window if I should give her the response I did.
Sor Cyress: It's a whale filled with sperm!
Girl: thats my kinda whale
Girl: what if it exploded in the ocean. wouldnt all the little girl fihies get baby fishies
Sor Cyress: Naw, they deliver the sperm to sperm banks
Girl: woh, really
At this point, I pause. Is she...being serious? Well, she's thirteen, and not really that bright (damned if I know why she attached herself to me), so quite plausibly.
Sor Cyress: ...yes!
Girl: duuude
i will never go to a sperm bank. even tho i never planned on it

I...got nothing, really.

In other news, I got to bridge my ex-girlfriend to adult today! Yayyyyyy!!!

The head contains spermaceti, which capillaries in the brain can heat/cool in order to change its density and with it the bouyancy of the whale. Which is the same principle on which lava lamps work (heat up goo at bottom, becomes liquid and rises up, looking all cool and trippy).
