So, today.

Got up at about one or so. Immediately wandered downstairs and met up with Lauren, Emily, Maddie, and Ria. The five of us wandered to Havahd Square to buy ice cream, (Lizzie-Lou's? Something like that?) and to go general exploring. Afterwards, Ria went off to class, and the twins went home to visit their mum.

Maddie was kind enough to come chill out in my room with me while I attempted to put away laundry, because, left to my own devices, I'm horrid at accomplishing things. I finished that just about the time Lezzie Beth called, wanting to hang out with Maddie. The three of us wandered down to get food, remet with Ria, and slunk off to Maddie's room to watch Juno.

Juno was fun. Cute and friendly, and Michael Cera, who I like, and Ellen Page, who I will certainly learn to like the more I watch her. We finished movie and hung around and chatted for a while, when I suddenly decided that I was dead tired, and sprawled out on Maddie's bed. They made me walk home to go to bed proper, so here I am.

Soyeah. Accomplishment of the day was putting laundry away. I need more hangers. *writes it on her college 08/9 TODO*

Man, I am killer melancholy right now. I feel kind of like I've just been faking my way through the day today --I always have a mask of smiles and sunshine on, but today it's actually been a *mask* and not just my normal mellow optimism. Does that make any sense? Dunno...

I have seventeen skirts. And at least three at my room in the Empty City. And at least one that I can't find. And at least one costume skirt, and four or five units skirts.

I'm kinda tempted to go play dress up with the mirror for a bit. What do you lot think?

One other thing --while out wandering this afternoon, we stopped at Newbury Comics, and I found myself rifling through the used CD's bin, since hell, I like cheap music. My eye fell upon the spine of one of them-- 'D.H.S. Attention Earth People'

For three dollars, some things just have to be bought. It seems to be weird ambient techno or something like that. All the tracks flow together so far. I like it, though I don't think it's the sort of thing that I would've ever bought if it hadn't had a friends name on it. :P

That's all. Maybe I'll be efficient and work more on cleaning my room, or perhaps wash my hair. More likely I'll wind up playing a lot of solitaire and half heartedly talking to people online.

Skirts are awesome, as a general rule. Also, this CD sounds interesting.
