Feb. 16th, 2020 03:17 amIiiiiiiii'm in California!
I flew on two planes and I lay on the floor of one airport terminal and I worked _so much_ on the secret bells project and I did not sleep and that was possibly a bad choice because now my brain thinks it's past three in the morning and I am le tired.
Also I rode in a taxi, which is a super weird experience, and I never really like it, but now I am at the right place (the right place is the one with mek in it, obvs)
I also managed to go to bells this morning, and then Austin walked me from the Haymarket to South Station in the very cold, which was just about unbearably sweet of him. It's not a thing I would ever think I could ask for, but I was very pleased when he offered, and it made for a much nicer journey.
(Also I rang my first touch of Cambridge minor, and got to do several bobby things. I mostly followed along and did them correctly, except for when I was doing the 6-work and forgot about half the Cambridge places.)
I watched THREE MOVIES on the planes, which is frankly a ton of movies for me. They were good though! They gave me nice noise to half-concentrate on while I worked on the secret bells project. I watched How To Train Your Dragon, Kingsmen, and 10 Thing I Hate About You. This does nicely sum up what I like in media, yes, even though they are three ridiculously different genres.
(Note to self: Kat Stratford as a Kingsman, plox)
Now it is time to go to bed. I am _so close_ to finishing Bellsproject, but that is a goal for tomorrow. Yinz ringers can bother me about it then.
