"The demon fell silent, regarding Artemis as though he was some kind of wonderous creature. Which, of course, he was."

"I sued Ben Affleck...do I even need a reason?"

"From the day they arrive on the planet; blinking, step into the sun. Theres more to see then can ever be seen more to do then...no, hold on.

Sorry, that's the Lion King."

"Oh my...this is different. Goodness me, I'm a man! Yum! So many parts!! And hardly used"..."Mmm, slim. And a little bit foxy. You thought so too. I've been inside your head. You've been looking. You like it."

OR

"Though maybe...ohhhh...curves. Ohhhhh baby! It's like living inside a bouncy castle!"

Down from top, Artemis Fowl V: The Lost Colony; I'll Sue Ya, Weird Al, Straight Outta Lynwood; The Doctor, The Christmas Invasion; Cassandra as The Doctor, New Earth; Cassandra as Rose, New Earth.

Yesterday was, for all intents and purposes, a Good Day. I walked a good four miles or so spare (So nyah, [livejournal.com profile] kugelblitz!), I bought Straight Outta Lynwood and The Lost Colony, and I got to watch the first two episodes of Dr. Who season...well...it's the second season since the BBC started showing them again, it's the first season with the tenth doctor...hell, let's just use that one.

So yes. Kat is in her happy place. And YouTube rocks. Case in Point. (minorly spoilerish if you haven't watched the episode New Earth yet.)

Annnnnnnd...that's all. I could squee more, but I think I'll spare you lot the seven layers of fangirling for later. I will say this --I finished listening to all of Lynwood and it is *wonderful* I have not yet finished reading The Lost Colony, hell I'm hardly even in it. And TennantWho is rediculously hot.

Well, huh.

...That was an interesting realization. I'm going to have to think about this particular bit of crypticness some more, but I think that this may be a big part of the reason why I don't tend to trust people very well/open up.

I have a phonepost to make sometime so I can make an ass of myself by attempting a Kiwiaccent. *sighs* So, why is it that I only suspect I'm making an ass of myself when I'm making phoneposts? Just because I'm writing something down, does that automatically mean I'm exempt from saying anything stupid? (Note: This is not true, and I've proved it to myself again tonight.) Or just because I'm talking, I'm being stupid?

I ask a lot of questions. I don't answer them so often.

Oh hell. Fun games they are. Here's the deal --Go ahead and ask me a question. I promise you an answer, and *sighs* a true answer. No, I'm not going to screen comments, but my e-mail is in my userinfo, and there's always the make-a-comment-and-promptly-delete-it method if you prefer.

Have fun!
