Quickly: That is, indeed, awesome. Sorry to hear the world is throwing lots of crap at you at once. Should be back online a lot in another day or two if you want to talk about any of it. I'm sure you'll get into college. Sounds like maybe you should try disabling local networking stuff if you're not actively using it? Could be the issue.
