I would cook more if it was easier to clean up afterwards, $DEITY do I hate doing dishes. (Other people's dishes are usually ok)

Supercook is a pretty good website that you can tell what ingredients you DO have on hand, and then it will find recipes that only have those ingredients. www.supercook.com

If you hadn't eaten your eggs, you could have MADE some pasta to go with the sauce. :)
