hmm. You could have someone write a program to create LJ sock puppets and then have them call you names. Then, you wouldn't be losing trust in an actual person. Yeah, probably wouldn't work if you knew it was an automated process. Triggering would also be tricky; wonder if anyone has trained bayesian classifiers to recognize motivation-impacting angst yet.
