I actually happen to know the artist who did the tarot card - he has about half the deck done, last I talked to him. His name is Robert Scott and his website is http://www.robertscottart.com/ if you are interested in any of the other cards. He also does a bunch of stuff in that same style which is pretty cool. He occasionally shows up at cons in the art show.
