It's pretty hard to find an example of that, though. There are still jokes about slaves today, which are basically just racist jokes, but still uncomfortably relevant. On the other hand, there are really no jokes about women's suffrage: despite the sexism still prevalent in our culture, I actually think there's no one who believes that women shouldn't be able to vote. Or maybe there is a vanishing minority, but if so, it's small enough that the jokes still wouldn't be funny. I think this sort of thing is inevitable -- when something becomes completely unthinkable to the vast majority of the population, jokes about it will simply disappear. Maybe there will be a brief period where the situation you suggest exists, but it won't last very long.
