i can crack eggs with one hand too! Learned how in order to not go down with the frying pan when i was the breakfast "cook" at the Hwy 321 Hardee's in Blowing Rock, NC all those years ago. i love doing it too! Makes me feel like i am a Clever Ferret. ^_^
And that is about the total extent of my cooking prowess in the kitchen. ;P
