So, one of the things you have to get used to when you first start living in a walking-friendly1 city is that sometimes just walking down the street will be a swarm of toddlers, usually either in The Big Strollers, or holding onto The Leash Of Donuts. It's a bit shocking the first few times, and then pleasant --we can teach wee ones to walk to the park from the daycare! What a great situ!

AND THEN THE PANDEMIC HITS. The twenty or so kids and four adults are the biggest, densest group of people I have seen in, you know, six months or something. I am having a lot of "NOPE NOPE NOPE" feels even though it's probably fine and outside and *SCREAMING*.

My anxiety brain is working *extra* fast today, so that's me.

1: Insert your favourite rant on city planning and walk/bike-ability here because we all know Boston area is better than most of the US and that's _actively gross that this is the "better"_.
