I read the entire Oz series by Baum (none of the extended series) at the Wellesley Helpdesk one spring break, because I was playing Glinda in jducouer's LARP at Intercon which was at the end of break that year. So I basically mainlined all 16 books in a week.
It meant I had *zero* problems talking like Glinda for the LARP though! :-)
