BTW, Red Clover Tea works wonders for many people. Sugar or honey is fine, but no milk. Works better if you brew directly from the dried flowers (any good health food or natural foods and herbs store Should have it) rather than a commercial preparation. Or so they tell me.
I've seen it help ~90% of the folks who tried it and take them from weeping and 'ARGH! I'm not getting out of the hot bath until Next Friday!!!' to a mild 'Bleh' in an hour or less. Not at all bad for such a cheap and easy solution.
