Troop 999 presses onward...
Copious amounts of notetaking at last nights girl scout meeting. Loads of 'em. I love it though, the only part about it I'm not particularily into is the whole typing them up afterwards, but I'll get there.
In other news, we are going to seriously try to make enough moolah to get to London in 2k6. It's about 1500 a person, and we have 3 girls and 3 adults so...
Additionally, if you have any ideas of fun things to do in London or the close surrounding area, or better yet, any GRAND ideas for fund-raising things and you're willing to share them, that'd be awesome. Keep in mind that there are only three of us though...
In other news, I saw Princess Diaries 2 last night. It was fairly good for a chick-flick, and I didn't need too much explaining of who everyone was (I never saw the first) the music didn't leap out at me as being exceptional, but V and KT seemed to like it, so it must have been at least a little good.
Conversation about Prince William:
Me: So, Is it just me or is Prince William not really that cute.
Veronica: He's not. It's just that he's a Prince! What girl wouldn't want to be a princess?
I would too. I would be so scandelous, and I certainly wouldn't try to do it on purpose or anything, but I'm always giving people hugs and all that (Is this Princess Katarina's NEW boyfriend? Shocking pictures inside!) plus, I am MUCH too vocal for the part. Granted, being strongly opinionated is good, but always speaking your mind is not.
I'm terribly impatient when I'm not trying my hardest not to be, and if I had that sort of power, I would be AWFUL! I would be working on all sorts of things to make the world a better place, and I would do an awful job of being patient at how slow people were working.
Plus theres the small thing that I refuse to wear make-up unless forced upon me (damm kangeroo court) and that I tend to prefer clothes that are, oh you know...COMFTERBLE! And I could NEVER deal with an arranged marrige. I would most likely prefer to slit my wrists and die then marry someone I had never met in my entire life.
I'd be a pretty shoddy princess. I make a very good queen however, but I doubt I'd be exceptionally useful in places other then the beautiful KKSS, especially on my darling MOOP!.
But then, they don't mind having a queen who runs around in jeans, slides down banisters, and declares open season on paparazzi whenever their numbers get too high. (I close it of course when the numbers start to drop too severely of course, we must keep this endangered species from going extinct.)
