Congrats. Going away is a new experience. Some live for it, and some don't. Mini tirade here about my experience: Going that far away can be tough. I know, I was that far away (though west and not north) and I didn't do very well. It's all about embracing your environment and finding your place, instead of sulking and trying to maintain your old one. Like the classic girl scout song, Make new friends, but keep the old. Go get em kid collegiate.
