I have an idea!

Alright, so, since I just finished rereading the first Harry Potter book (Since the last one is coming out on the 21st of July and if you didn't know that I think you must live under a rock) and since there has to be some sort of exceptionally dork-tastic party to celebrate, who would be interested in the idea of having a huge group of people congrugate at my house release night and reading the damn book aloud to each other until we've either finished it or all fallen asleep.

I'm thinking it would be a sort of "everybody charges off to whatever bookstore they're getting a copy from and then meets back at The Empty City, books in hand, so that we can begin reading." Plus, that way you negate any arguments between who gets to read it first in such a family.

Dress code would either be "come in your house colours" or "come in your comfy pyjamas". I haven't quite decided yet.

Yeah. Is this a good idea y/n?

I think it'd be a fun idea, but A: lead to arguments (I wanna be Hermione! No, *I* wanna be Hermione!) (Though that's negated by the switching every few chapters idea) and B: be a little bit confusing. Plus, for me at least, it's a lot easier to listen to something being read then trying to read along with and catch "lines" in time --especially if you can't highlight all your lines to keep track of them.

Y?

You asked y/n? I said Y.

Those are good points. It definitely would be hard to keep track of lines without highlighting. Hmm. I dunno. Just an idea.
