The smaller the bubbles, the better the Champagne. Assuming, of course, that we're talking about real Champagne. The word refers to sparkling wine made in the Champage region of France. "Champagne" made anywhere else is in fact just sparkling wine. Tricky, no?

It's yummy, I might add, with Blue Rasberry Pucker. Mmmmm.
