I’d really like to see more of your thoughts on burnout. My career is such that it’s very easy to burn out, and I’ve run into Feelings about that a lot, because sometimes it feels like my alternatives are to care too much and get compassion fatigue, or to shut down too far and not give my clients the best service I can.
