Got a pot of spaghetti sauce cooking down and a pot of tomato sauce reducing itself to BBQ sauce, and I am trying to get up the energy to make a batch or two of strawberry jam. I figure I'll can what I can (ha!) from the freezer before we lose the power instead of afterward this time.
