I have read none of this trilogy, although apparently The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo is on my nook.

Re footnote 1, have I recommended Liar by Justine Larbalestier to you, yet? I have been trying to recommend it to everyone ever because it really is a fantastic book and I love the unreliable narrator trope. In addition, the MC is a female person of colour (which caused some drama when The Man put a picture of a white girl on the cover. That's been fixed now)
