Hold down shift+F9 or shift+F11

Try Cmd+Opt+Ctrl+8. You've seen that before.

Also , Cmd+Opt+Shift+8, followed by Cmd+Opt+= and Cmd+Opt+-.

Umumumummmm...if you have a bunch of applications on the one screen, try Exposéing (F9) and then hitting tab. Incidentally, F10 is the same as F9, but only does it for the current application. So if you have 3 windows open in word and don't want to zoom out to see all 15 you have open in various other applications, F10 is your friend.
