Giving blood may be satisfying, but I can't imagine it being FUN.
And we understand that joy of building community. Yesterday I had my realization of, "Am I Hayden*? Have I become the Hayden???" and it was quite the little sunburst in my head!
*Hayden was a girl in our middle/high school who was popular for VERY GOOD REASON, namely that she was nice to everyone she met and seemed to take the trouble to remember something about them so she would always have an appropriate conversation topic. We now call anyone who seems to know everybody a "Hayden," and this is a compliment.
